Purchase Cycle: Step1: Create new company:


Enter Company Details:


Step 2: Created unit of measure for the items in the inventory option.
Step 3: Created stock items in the inventory info option.

Step 4: Go to Transactions then select Order vouchers to create purchase order,here pressF4 or select purchase order option.


Step 5: To Create inventory receipt, Select inventory voucher,in that press F9.



Step 6: TO Create Supplier invoice, Select Accounting Vouchers in that press F9.



Step 7: Return order



Step 8: Debit Note


Step 9: Payment

Step 2: Packing list




Step 3: Invoice



Step 4: Receipt


Step 5: Return Order
